Greg started McCowan Sales Group in 2002. Previous to starting the rep agency, I owned Sunrise Custom Apparel for 15 years. I have always had a tremendous passion for the fishing and hunting industry, so I sold my athletic company and bought a small rep agency in 2002. I have won numerous sales awards and oversee all management responsibilities for the business. I am married and enjoy our six children and thirteen grandchildren. I also spend my time duck hunting, fishing and training my Labs.

Angelo Alorro lives in Clearlake, CA. He is married and has three children who are his world. Angelo has been a tournament angler for over 20 years and loves spending time with his family outdoors. He comes with an unmatched passion for fishing, the outdoors industry and thrives on building relationships with those who share his passion. It’s not a job, it’s a lifestyle. Angelo joined McGowan Enterprises in 2018 with a strong background in Branding, Media, Marketing, Sales and Promotions. He has owned two different businesses in the fishing industry, traveled worldwide to manage multiple fishing brands and specializes in the Bass and West Coast Fisheries. He comes with over 25 years in Sales and 15 years in the Outdoors Industry.

Kristian was fortunate enough to join McCowan Enterprises in 2022 where he worked the territories of Southern California, and Arizona. Before joining McCowan Enterprises Kristian got started in the fishing industry with some of the very best companies the industry has to offer. Kristians passion for the outdoors runs deep as he was introduced to the outdoors by his father and grandfathers at a very young age. Even though he loves all of the adventures and
opportunities the outdoors have to offer his two main obsessions consist of Duck hunting and Tournament Bass fishing. Because of his knowledge and love for the outdoors he is very confident in the product he sells and strives to provide the best customer service he possibly can.

Jessie Vargas
Jesse Vargas joined Greg McCowan Enterprises in 2022. His current territory consists of Utah, Nevada, and Northern California. After his retirement as an Employee and Relations Specialist from the Department of Homeland Security in 2017; he began his career in the representative field. He’s had the privilege to work with a variety of fishing and outdoor products, his, territories have included: Hawaii, California, New Mexico, Utah and Arizona;. Jesse has been an avid fisherman, he has fished for trout in the Sierras to species in the Pacific Ocean, and everything in between. He has participated in open ocean kayak tournaments; but his current passion is the search for freshwater Bass on the tournament scene. Jesse has years of Marketing and Communications experience and takes great pride in ensuring his customers have what they need to provide to their customers.

Dale Kennedy
Dale Kennedy joined the McGowan Sales Group in 2025, working in the Idaho territory. Dale Kennedy lives in Nampa, Idaho and is a father to 4. As a longtime retail sales expert and fisherman, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. He loves spending time with his family outdoors fishing. His passion for family and fishing is immeasurable. When not working he can be found on the river somewhere anytime of the year here in Idaho. Dale has developed deep ties to the local fishing community and continues to share his knowledge and experience. His eagerness to bring together his knowledge as a longtime Retail Manager and his love for fishing together with McGowan Sales Group is a wonderful venture. As an Idaho Native and devoted fisherman, he is enthusiastic to be able to bring his best to all his customers.

his experience and enthusiasm in a new and dynamic environment. He thrives on maintaining and building strong relationships within the fishing community, driven by his passion for the
sport and deep understanding of seasonal fishing patterns. Dominics enthusiasm extends to sharing his knowledge, as he enjoys educating others and helping them enhance their own
fishing experiences. He is also passionate about golfing, relishing the challenge of perfecting his swing and navigating the course under pressure. Outside of golf, Dominic enjoys tournament
fishing, where the thrill of the catch and strategic planning make each event a unique adventure.
